International organization promoting trade and technological cooperation between the U.S. and Europe is seeking an executive assistant to the president who is proactive, entrepreneurial, highly organized and an excellent communicator. In this small team-oriented organization, you will play a crucial role as a liaison with the president, government affairs director and corporate members as well as international government officials. Responsibilities include: managing daily operations, preparing and tracking invoices and expense reports, scheduling meetings with members, prospects and contacts in the U.S. and overseas, managing the executive’s calendar, coordinating logistics for travel and hotel accommodations, and preparing materials for bi-annual board meetings and presentations..
