Legal Regulatory Officer
Position Description:
The Legal Regulatory Officer will be a member of the Securities Lending Business management team and will serve as liaison with the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) on all legal, tax and regulatory issues involved in the Securities Lending Business and will be responsible for staying abreast of all legal/tax/regulatory changes that effect the securities lending industry globally.
